What types of properties can I list?+

Hotels, guesthouses, apartments, villas, private rooms, and unique stays. If it has a bed and you can host a guest there, it qualifies.

How much does it cost?+

Free to list, and no commission is deducted from you — you keep 100% of the price you set. Y3nko's fee is a 10% service fee added to the guest's total at checkout, on top of your price. Founding hosts also get twelve months of Pro tier free.

How do I get paid?+

Online booking for stays isn't open yet; until it is, guests can find your place and add it to their trip plans. Once it opens, you're paid by Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo) or bank transfer. While we onboard the founding cohort we send payouts by hand after a guest checks out, and record each one on your earnings page.

I'm already on Airbnb. Why use Y3nko?+
