What types of properties can I list?+

Hotels, guesthouses, apartments, villas, private rooms, and unique stays. If it has a bed and you can host a guest there, it qualifies.

How much does it cost?+

Free to list. Y3nko charges 10% commission on completed bookings. Founding hosts pay 0% for the first 3 months and get 12 months of Pro free.

How do I get paid?+

Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or bank transfer. Payouts process within 48 hours of guest checkout.

I'm already on Airbnb. Why use Y3nko?+

We're additive, not a replacement. Y3nko targets diaspora Ghanaians — an audience that may not find you on global platforms. We also cross-sell stays to guests booking weddings, events, and restaurants on Y3nko.

How long does approval take?+
