1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Y3NKO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including guests, hosts, and activity operators.

2. Platform Description

Y3NKO is a travel and hospitality platform that connects travelers with accommodations, activities, and dining experiences in Ghana. We act as an intermediary between guests and service providers (hosts, activity operators, and restaurants). Y3NKO does not own or operate the listed properties, activities, or restaurants.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through Y3NKO:

  • You enter into a direct agreement with the host or service provider
  • All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely through Paystack
  • Service fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before confirmation
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and service providers. When making a booking, please review the applicable cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy and returned via the original payment method.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
  • Circumvent the Platform's payment system
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation or security

7. Content and Reviews

By posting content (including reviews, photos, and descriptions) on Y3NKO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Y3NKO provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed accommodations or activities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Y3NKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services booked through it.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and a host or service provider, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist in resolving it. Y3NKO may mediate disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to do so. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
